The majority of our deliveries will be sent via a third party pallet company, this will be sent on a book in service so the delivery company will contact you to book a date of delivery. This generally happens 1 working day after purchase. We also deliver in one of our own vehicles, again a delivery date will be booked with our dispatch team.
Our bi fold doors and lanterns are delivered direct from the manufacturer, the delivery date will be issued 1 week before delivery via email.
All deliveries require assistance on the day of delivery to unload due to the nature of the products, we advise choosing your date when you have your trades on site.

Yes you or your contractors will be able to install any of our roof lights yourself, as long as you follow our Instruction Manual and have some basic DIY skills to create a solid supported roof opening for our skylight to sit on. You can also always call our highly skilled technical support team for further guidance if necessary.
