The majority of our deliveries will be sent via a third party pallet company, this will be sent on a book in service so the delivery company will contact you to book a date of delivery. This generally happens 1 working day after purchase. We also deliver in one of our own vehicles, again a delivery date will be booked with our dispatch team.
Our bi fold doors and lanterns are delivered direct from the manufacture, the delivery date will be issued 1 week before delivery via email.
All deliveries require assistance on the day of delivery to unload due to the nature of the products, we advise choosing your date when you have your trades on site.

All products can be collected from our warehouses in Chirstchurch, Dorset.

Yes we can offer next day delivery, please call us before the order is placed to see if this is possible in your area. We would need to receive the order before 12:00pm Monday – Friday.

After you have made your purchase and recevied your delivery, please complete our online registration form to register for your 20 year warranty.
If you needed to make a claim in the future all we require is photos of the issue and your invoice, email both of these to [email protected] and one of the team will be in touch.
It is crucial the correct silicone is used when installing our fixed rooflights/skylights, We reccomend a Low modulous high movement silicone such as DOW791. using the wrong silicone can cause failure in the unit and will invalidate your warranty.
